Located in Vermont, The Landmark Trust USA’s six historic properties each sleep from 2 to 8 guests and are whole house rentals. Our properties are fully furnished, including well-equipped kitchens and bed and bath linens. All of our properties have WiFi and an array of outdoor activities, from hiking to biking to cross-country skiing. Most offer on-site or nearby access to ChargePoint EV charging stations. Don’t miss our two Local Treat Baskets, The Essentials and Just Dessert, to get a jump-start on your vacation. We also offer a fabulous Stay & Play Golf Package for the golfers in your group. Staying in a Landmark Trust USA property means independence and privacy. All of our properties are whole-house rentals, with no host on site and no daily visits from housekeeping. We make sure everything is clean and tidy before you arrive, then hand you the keys. We use heightened cleaning and hygiene protocols between each stay, as recommended by the CDC.
The minimum stay is two or three nights, depending on the property. Weekly and monthly rates available. Two of our properties, The Sugarhouse and Amos Brown House, allow up to two dogs.
All displayed rates are inclusive of taxes and fees.
