Through solar and energy efficient wood boilers we have been able to reduce our nonrenewable energy needs by over 50%.

We continue to offer in March, free to area school children, The Just So Stories program introducing students to storytelling through Kipling’s words and Jackson Gillman’s acting talents. Over the past 15 years, more than 3500 students have enjoyed these presentations and teachers eagerly secure their time slots once program dates are announced.

Farming is an ongoing challenge and we appreciate your love of our heirloom apples and pitted fruits showcased in our Farm Market. We are now cultivating over 125 varieties.
